(dict) –
Occurs if the timestamp values are not valid. Either the start time occurs after the end time, or the time range is outside the range of possible values.
Error (dict) – Normalized access to common exception attributes.
Code (string) – An identifier specifying the exception type.
Message (string) – A descriptive message explaining why the exception occured.
